New York Real Estate Property Appraiser Search

A New York Licensed Residential Appraiser must complete 150 hours of approved qualifying courses, 2000 hours of experience in no less that 24 months, and pass an appraiser state exam.

A New York real estate property appraiser at the Certified General level must complete 300 hours of approved qualifying courses and have a Bachelors Degree (or 30 college equivalent credits). Also, they must complete 3000 hours of experience in no less that 30 months and pass the State appraiser exam.
