Any fees charged to AbcAppraiserDirectory.com in order to list a respective Appraiser or company will be subtracted from any refunds do to Appraiser (Company). All new listings will be immediately visible on this web site. Upon being listed by this web site, AbcAppraiserDirectory.com will soon follow up with “LICENSE VERIFICATION.” If the Appraisers license cannot be verified, the listing will be removed from the web site and a refund will be given, (less applicable fees).
